Who we are

Evince Digital is a ministry of Simon Davenport Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This policy explains what information we collect through evincedigital.org and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, organization, email address, what you're working on and, if you choose, an estimated budget. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Like most websites, our site host, Squarespace, automatically collects basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. We look at this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to talk with you about a potential project and to improve our website. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner on the site, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, such as Squarespace for hosting and form handling, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing simon@simondavenport.com.
