A clinic that goes to her
A medical unit that drives to women, instead of waiting for them to find a building, is a story donors understand in one sentence. It’s what sets you apart.

Something I think you’ll be excited about.
A few ideas and ready-to-use designs I put together just for Confidential Care.

I know this is a busy season for you and the whole team, so I’ll keep this short!
Alongside my years serving in local church ministry, I’ve spent nearly a decade working in marketing and fundraising for some of the nation’s most recognized pro-life organizations, including serving as Marketing Director for Love Life and, more recently, as a senior member of the marketing team at The White Rose Resistance.
I’ve had the privilege of helping ministries raise millions of dollars through strategic marketing and fundraising campaigns. I know the pro-life space, I understand how to communicate the mission, and I know how to build campaigns that are compelling, effective, and professionally executed.
As I begin branching out with my own digital marketing work, Confidential Care was genuinely the first organization that came to mind.
I’ve spent years putting my experience to work for national ministries, and I’d love the opportunity to bring that same level of strategy, creativity, and execution to a ministry doing incredible work right next door.
So I took the liberty of putting a few things together for you.
No strings attached. I hope there’s something in here your team can put to good use, whether we ever work together or not.
I’d love the opportunity to help however I can!
Grateful for all you do,
I spent time on your site before writing a word of this. Here’s what stood out.
Photos from confidentialcaremm.orgA medical unit that drives to women, instead of waiting for them to find a building, is a story donors understand in one sentence. It’s what sets you apart.
Your 2025 Impact numbers, from 181 babies rescued to 579 times you shared the Gospel, give donors something concrete to give toward.
A monthly giving program tied to your 30 years, with a name people remember. Monthly Mobilizers are the steadiest support a ministry can have.
“A year of gas for all our Mobile Units” turns a line item into something a donor can see. That’s great fundraising.
ECFA accreditation, a GreatNonprofits Top-Rated badge, and a Best Places to Work award, all right on your Donate page.
Online, recurring, memorial gifts, text-to-give, donor-advised funds, and IRA gifts. That’s a lot of open doors for a ministry your size.
I’d love to help with your GivingTuesday and year-end emails, whether that’s contributing where you need an extra hand or handling the whole campaign from start to finish. In fact, I’ve already created three designs in your brand.
Tap or click any email below to see the full design.
A short series of emails the week before December 1 that builds toward GivingTuesday and invites supporters to join the Next 30.
Your main GivingTuesday ask, with your goal, a match if you have one, and simple giving amounts.
Emails through the end of December, ending with a final ask before midnight on December 31.
Three hand-coded emails in your colors, logo, and photography, built around your units and your 2025 numbers. Pick one and scroll the phone to see the whole design.
Built for phones. Every block stacks cleanly on a small screen and holds up in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
Made to give. Tap-to-give amounts, one clear button, and a goal tracker you can use or leave out.
A monthly upgrade. The Next 30 has its own block in every email, so a one-time gift can become a monthly one.

None of these are big, and most are leftovers from the original website template. Each one can be fixed in an hour or two.
It shows info@confidentialcaremm.org, but clicking it opens a message to info@mysite.com, a Wix placeholder. It’s on every page, next to “© 2023 by Personal Life Coach,” more leftover template text.
The number in the footer is plain text, and the site turns off automatic phone links, so tapping 901-476-6528 does nothing on a phone.
It invites people to the banquet on 9.24.26 under a “2025 Celebration Banquet” heading. A thank-you or a save-the-date for next year would keep it fresh.
That’s what Google and browser tabs show, and none of the pages has a search description. A title like “Confidential Care Mobile Ministry | Millington, TN” helps people find you.
The Next 30 page asks Monthly Mobilizers for $30 or more. Your Part to Play asks for $25. One number keeps the ask clean.
The arrows for Donate Now and Learn More drop below their buttons and land on top of the photo of the mom and her baby.

You’re already taking hope, practical help, and the love of Christ directly to women who need it. I’d love to help make sure your message reaches just as far.

Over the last ten years I’ve helped plan and build fundraising campaigns for organizations like Love Life, The White Rose, Students for Life, Scott Hord Ministries, and Pastor John Amanchukwu. Now I’m doing that work through Evince Digital, and I’d love to partner with you and the Confidential Care team.
I’ve helped plan and build the fundraising campaigns behind millions raised for mission-driven nonprofits.
Hand-coded templates that look right in every inbox.
Banquet follow-up, GivingTuesday, year-end, and monthly giving.
A site as strong as your work, with giving in one clear step.
Campaigns that are tracked and reported honestly.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Blackbaud, Virtuous, and Bloomerang, set up right.
A seasoned marketer to plan with your team, a few hours a month.

“Simon Davenport is a mastermind at articulating visions, missions, and what makes each ministry unique. After working with him several times, I can say that he’s reliable, ethical, and always delivers the project on time.”
Pastor John AmanchukwuFounder, I Know God“He brings a ton of energy, creativity, and passion to any project. The difference is he can translate that into results. He’s not just talk. He gets the work done, and the end product is high quality every time.”
Josh KappesExecutive Director, Love Life MinistriesI know budgets are tight heading into December. So I’d like to start small, help you finish the year strong, and earn a bigger conversation for 2027.
If this season goes well, I’d love to sit down, talk, and hear your vision for 2027, then see where I could help.
I never charge a percentage of money raised. My fees are for services, agreed up front.
I’d love 20 minutes to walk you through the designs and see whether any of this would help. If the answer is “not this year,” keep the designs and the fixes anyway. They’re yours.
